How do I redeem?

How to Redeem:
- Start Your Redemption
- Go to our website and click "Redeem" on the menu bar, or tap "I want to redeem" in our website chat window.
- A new screen titled "Start Redemption" will appear.
- Enter Your Details
- Select the platform you want to redeem from.
- Enter your account PIN, your name, and your email address.
- Click "Continue to Email Verification."
- Verify Your Email
- Check your inbox for an email titled "Your Verification Code" from [email protected].
- Enter the 4-digit verification code from the email on the next screen.
- Click "Verify & Continue."
- Enter Redemption Details
- Tell us the amount you wish to redeem.
- Upload your Bitcoin QR code image or paste your Bitcoin wallet address.
- Click "Submit Request."
What Happens Next?
Your request will be processed automatically! Once complete, you’ll get an email titled "Bitcoin Sent - Redemption Complete" with all your transaction details.
